A valid identifier is a string of characters meeting the following
requirements:
- It starts with either a lower- or an uppercase letter of the Latin
alphabet or either of the following symbols: `_', `$'.
- It consists of alphanumeric characters, underscores(`_'), and
dollar signs (`$').
