2.4 Invoking the uudecode program

This program converts a printable ASCII character encoding of a file back into the original binary data.

uudecode [<option>] [<infile> ...]

Options:

-o

--output-file

Specify an output file. This may only be used if there is only one input file, either standard in or command line specified.

--help

Print an help summary on standard output, then immediately exit.

--version

Print the version number of the program on standard output, then immediately exit.
