3.29 Freetalk command - burst

command: /burst BUDDY MESSAGE

Explode MESSAGE in to multiple charactest (IRC style greeting) and send it to BUDDY.

Example:
friend@jabber.org> /burst harsha@jabber.org harsha

On the other side harsha@jabber.org gets a message
``sssssssssssccccccrrrrrreeeeeeeeaaaaaaammmmmm''.
